3. Booking & Payment Terms

All services must be booked in advance through our website or direct contact.Full payment is required at booking to secure your session.We accept all major credit cards and online payments.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48+ hours before a session

→ Eligible for rescheduling (no refunds).

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows

→ No refund, no reschedule.

Bootcamp deposits are non-refundable.

5. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

Dog training and pack walks carry some level of risk. Owners accept full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their dog. Wag N’ Train is not liable for injuries, illness, or behavioral changes resulting from training or socialization.

6. Dog Requirements & Owner Responsibilities

✅ All dogs must be

up-to-date on vaccinations.

✅ Owners must disclose

any history of aggression or medical conditions.

✅ We reserve the right to

refuse service to aggressive or unmanageable dogs.

7. Use of Photos & Videos

By booking a session, you

agree

that Wag N’ Train may use photos/videos of your dog for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
